Company Culture

Our commitment to excellence is imbedded in a company culture emphasizing on-going learning, growing, mentoring, innovation and improvement. We have established continuing education programs to develop our technical and managerial skills through seminars, attending conventions and through lunch/learn presentations. Our in-house research and development emphasis supports exploring new ideas and an open collaborative atmosphere. We do not have physical walls in our offices, thus fostering teamwork and a sense of unity, support and open communication channels.


The principals and senior engineers take full, hands-on responsibility on our project teams and encourage open communication and collaboration. The principals are involved from project inception through completion.


Our process encourages the sharing of information, decisions, responsibility and ownership. This allows for shared leadership, vision, decision-making, and ownership. At TJEG we utilize the latest technologies and methodologies to facilitate collaboration and communication within our teams and with the overall project team members.
