Construction of the 140,000 sq. ft. medical office building, 62,000 sq. ft. ancillary building and 10,000 sq. ft. central plant was the first phase of this projected $100 million facility on a 26-acre site. The medical office building accommodates 70 physicians and includes services in adult medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, urology, dermatology, physical therapy, endocrinology, infectious diseases, nephrology, cardiology, rheumatology, general surgery, neurology, ophthalmology, optometry and pharmacies. The ancillary building includes five surgery units, patient recovery rooms, a radiology suite and laboratory.
