The Capital Centre Hotel is located within the master planned Capital Centre, a major mixed-use development located around the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) that consists of residential, commercial and hotel accommodation spread over 23 towers. The design provides an iconic and intelligent architectural solution for the 725-key, 5-star business hotel located along the waterfront at the heart of this focal point of Abu Dhabi.

The project is a G+22-storey, 100,000 m2 development comprised of 702 hotel rooms and suites and 23 serviced apartments with private terraces. Its main features include a 20-storey central atrium and podium level containing a health club, pool and restaurants.
