Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is a landmark healthcare destination delivering advanced clinical care within a world-class patient environment. Designed to serve both local and international patients, the state-of-the-art hospital combines innovative architecture with leading-edge medical technology.

The 2.3 million sq ft (213,677 sqm) development includes a patient tower, swing wing, ICU tower, and specialized units for digestive disease, eye care, heart and vascular, neurological, and respiratory treatment. The project also incorporates a 2.1 million sq ft (195,000 sqm) parking facility supporting the wider campus.

The hospital was planned using evidence-based design principles to enhance patient-centered care while maximizing operational efficiency, sustainability, and long-term performance. Key engineering features include a double curtain wall façade, a variable volume 100% outside air HVAC system with heat recovery, and integrated greywater and condensate recovery systems to reduce water and energy consumption.

Recognized internationally for design excellence and sustainability, the project has received numerous industry awards and achieved LEED Gold certification.
