This landmark mixed-use development occupies a prime location within the Jeddah Waterfront Precinct and comprises approximately 415,000 m² of built-up area. Defined by its striking angular architecture and contemporary design, the dual-tower complex creates a distinctive presence along Jeddah’s evolving Red Sea shoreline and is poised to become a prominent feature of the city’s skyline.

The development integrates residential, commercial, retail, and leisure components within a cohesive waterfront destination. A multi-level podium forms the heart of the project, accommodating restaurants, a retail mall, health spa, and recreational facilities while providing seamless access to the commercial office zones above. The two towers are arranged in a dramatic V-shaped configuration, carefully designed to maximize panoramic Red Sea views for all residential units.

Combining iconic architecture with a vibrant mix of uses, the project creates an engaging urban environment that enhances the waterfront experience.
