Saba Twin Towers, which are Saba Tower 2 and Saba Tower 3, are two identical high-rise towers being developed in the Jumeirah Lake Towers development located opposite the Dubai Marina and next to the Jumeirah Islands. They will be next to the New Dubai Gate (Q2) tower. Saba Twin Towers are each 36-storey residential towers with over 700 freehold apartments from studios to 5-bedroom penthouses. Saba Twin Towers will have amenities including a state-of-the-art health club, a roof top cafe terrace, temperature controlled swimming pool, children’s pool, high-speed elevators, covered parking, leisure areas, 24-hour security, and optional nursery, nanny and daycare services. RMJM Engineering Dubai, now a part of Ted Jacob Engineering group (TJEG), was appointed as MEP and Structural design consultants for the two residential / commercial towers.
